🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our partner warehouse in the United States. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, tracking, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking email within 24-48 hours of shipment.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $4.99 flat rate
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $25
  • Ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location

🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime by replying to your order confirmation email.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional time may apply). We do not ship internationally at this time.

📭 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at iawilmerforero@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately. If your package is officially lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement at no cost to you.

📬 Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can update your address if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, packages shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded if they are not returned to us.
