We stand behind every product we sell. If your pet doesn't love it, we'll make it right — period.

✅ Our Promise

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund for any reason. No interrogation, no guilt trips — we just want every pet (and their human) to be happy.

📦 How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at iawilmerforero@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
  3. For defective or wrong items, we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed
  4. For change-of-mind returns, we'll provide a return address. You cover return shipping; we cover the original product cost refund

💸 Refunds

Once we approve your request (usually same day), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Some banks may take an additional 2-7 days to display the refund.

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Items damaged by aggressive chewing or improper use (lick mats are not chew toys)
  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
